Just some quick updates. February turned out far busier than I expected, but here I am, chugging along anyway!

• Finished the 1st edit for Starfallen1, now only have to finish the last final pass edit and it’ll be ready for publishing. I’m hoping it’ll take only 4 days. The only problem now is finding 4 days to dedicate to it because…
• I’m keeping a good pace with SoulShattered 0 and I’m already at 50% of the book. If things go well, I should be done with the 1st edit by the end of this week, but my step brother is coming to visit this weekend, so I won’t have any extra time this week because I’ll be busy cooking most meals (if not all)
• I’m finally breaking through the Starallen 2 outline, and the draft should be done in about 4 days too, if things go well. Only need about 8-10 scenes to draft and then I can start the first draft writing which will hopefully go fast. I already have about 25k-30k done, so most of the beginning of the book. I’ll probably only need about 90k (hopefully 80k) to complete it.
• The rewrite of SoulShattered 1 was going well until I ran into one of the most important scenes in the beginning and realized I was going to have to draft some of it from scratch. I think I just got overwhelmed with having to work on the other two first drafts I was working on and the thing to drop was SoulShattered 1. Which is fine, but now I really have to work harder.

Honestly, can’t wait until things calm down at work and I have more energy and time to dedicate to my novels. But aside from that, I’m very happy with how things are going. To be honest, this is a lot of work completed, it just doesn’t feel like much because I haven’t completed any of it, so it just feels like a mountain of unfinished stuff I have to plow through.
