Actually, scratch that

Actually, forget what I said yesterday about how Shattered 1 was ok and just needed a bit of an update to the narration.

No, actually it sucks. It really, really sucks.

It reads like i wrote it in some kind of fever dream.

I’m so mad, you have no idea. I’m really gonna have to rewrite the whole damn thing. And there are a lot of things that make no sense with Fragments. Like, there was a part about Vael being excitable and upbeat and I physically cringed at how out of character that was for him. God, what was I thinking? You can see that I was thinking through the whole thing as I was going along and making No Sense.

No sense at all!

None of these characters are compelling not because they aren’t compelling by their own merit. On paper they are awesome, but I just couldn’t make them actual real characters that would be likeable and relatable in the narration itself.

I’m so, so mad.
