SOULSHATTERED ONE HAS TO BE COMPLETELY REWRITTEN

I HATE THIS.

I just went through about half of it to make sure the underlying structure was solid and IT HAS BE BE REWRITTEN. Because of course Zero rebuilt the world completely, stated things that were surprises in One, but that would end up being stupidly repetitive if left as they are, and just… it all has to be redone… It just HAS to.

I mean it won’t be such a backbreaking feat because I can read and dictate most of it. But… Well, being more technical I would say that all of it has to be redictated, but only about 30% has to be remade from scratch, and then about 40% has to be slightly retooled for clarity and improved writing. The rest is fine I think.

That also caught me by surprise. I thought that I had done a great job writing One, back when I did which was about 7 or 8 books ago. But rereading it now I can see that it’s got really awful writing. It’s incredible how your writing changes when you actually put in the work to get better and produce something that can be sold in the market. The complete opposite of what happened during all the years that I was writing fanfic.

But, that’ll be for later. Right now I’ve got a book to redictate
